A 3D survey allows architects to have a perfect 3D representation of the existing conditions along with access to geolocated 360 photos. The beauty of this lies in the fact that this endless source of information is always accessible from the comfort of the office. From this 3D survey, we also offer 2D drafting services (plan view, section, and elevation) and Revit 3D modeling services (LOD 300 to 500).

• Digital reproduction (called digital twin) of the existing environment
• Geolocation of the digital twin to overlay with the survey plan or relative to the project’s axis lines
• Integration of the digital twin into various 3D drawing software to draw directly in the existing conditions. Compatible software: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Tekla, SDS2, SolidWorks Civil 3D, NavisWorks, and more
• 3D modeling from the 3D survey according to the required Level of Development (LOD)
• Production of 2D plans from the 3D survey (plan view, exterior elevation, section…)
• 3D survey of the neighborhood surrounding a new project to integrate the concept into the existing environment and create the final rendering
• Mapping of masonry elements
• Comprehensive and fast measurements, including physically hard-to-reach areas
• Area calculations according to BOMA standards if necessary (facades, roofs, parking lots, etc.)
