2D Facades and Topography – Residence

Client: Architecture Firm

Client’s Needs: For the enlargement and renovation of a senior residence, the architect required up-to-date plans, including floor plans for each floor and facades, the terrain topography, and the positions of sewer access points.

Work Done: 3D survey of the entire building and the terrain. Floor plans and facades were created.

Deliverables: 2D plans for each facade and floor, a plan indicating the positions of sewer access points, an analysis of the verticality of the foundations, a digital terrain model, and a link to a 360 virtual tour.

Advantage: A comprehensive project providing multiple deliverables, precise and quick. Reduces the need for on-site visits during the project.
